Supporting land managers in building climate-resilient farming systems.
After a career in education, Jen shifted to sustainable farming, focusing on producing chemical-free food and fibre. Motivated to enhance productivity and biodiversity with minimal intervention, she studied holistic management, permaculture and regenerative agriculture, and has completed her honours in farming resilience. Jen supports land managers in adopting climate-resilient practices to build robust, sustainable farming systems and communities for the best social, ecological and economic outcomes.
HM Educator Jen Ringbauer will support students through the Savory Institute’s Foundations of Holistic Management Course — a five-module, self-paced online course, introducing Holistic Management, ecosystem processes, tools, decision making, and monitoring decisions.
The course covers the components and principles of Holistic context and decision making, Holistic Planned Grazing (HPG), Holistic Financial Planning (HFP), and Holistic Land Planning (HLP), allowing you to understand what is involved and why the planning processes can benefit your business and life.
